Year-end Message
New Year Message Teodulo Lopez Melendez ends the first decade of a century and we ensure that the fundamental value has been set up discussion has been to the public. The claim by changing the old paradigms that guided the political behavior has been so insistent chairing the vast world of peer communication. Recently Areva sought to clarify these questions. The old representative democracy has been identified as belonging to another century, another socio-historical process economic. Decisions are approaching more and more a collective will formed an unprecedented media and insurgents. We have lived in these ten years, the agony of an old world and the stirrings of another.
Economism exploded, not only as a repetition of a crisis point, but as the outbreak of construction requirements of justice in the world economy. We have seen, perhaps imperceptibly, to signs of reorganization of the distribution of power and changes in its very essence. We have seen, even on the day of Christmas-outbreaks of intolerance, human rights violations, but at least humanity has not attended at all indifferent to these incidents as an ideological Trasnocho survives in air pollution and global persistent drag on the measurement of time. In our country, Venezuela has been the decade of historical occurrence much like a repetition of what has been our past. We can not yet admit that forms a coherent national will leap forward.
Perceived confusion, inconsistency, no full assimilation into the political challenge posed by the occurrence of this event fully explained by behavior that was generated by a company and abstracted from all interest in the collective destiny. The multiplicity that shakes us like a whirlwind seems more like an anarchistic outbreak, an inconsistency unproductive, to a distorted take the new role leading citizen who has not yet matured. The trend Venezuelan each coming year will be worse than the previous one is not amended in 2010. This December has shown us just what we expected. The whirlwind of chaos appears on the horizon like a spinning tornado vision threatening. Amalgamate the scattered parts of this cluster requires further cement social and the will, a maturity that is parsimonious, a chance to ensure that still stands in the territory of the unknown. However, one must admit that the lessons of history indicate cohesions rapid, unintended, surprising. Manichaeism of pessimism or optimism must be replaced by the attention that never sleeps, by a constant alert for what I have called this decade as "an unlimited interrogation." We wonder if many of the claims do not get answers, since the lack of response it is by forcing a reformulation of the terms of his release, to a change in the words we use for writing, to an alteration of words and the syntax of sentences. The assumption of a new culture may seem a long process and indeed it is, only that the human drive leads to the determination before it is fully established and requires full assimilation at a speed not under estimate or calculation. It must be from that place forward, never backward. In place of a "Happy New Year" that escapes analysis projections say that I will be in 2010 with the mind set in my country, as I was in the decade ends. There is little, I know.
